Team Information

Entry Fee: $120 per team (Cash or check to Elbow Foundation)
Deadline: Wednesday, July 15th
Each team cooks 15 racks of Babyback ribs.

Friday, July 24th

  • Rib prep from 5:30–7:30 PM (optional)

  • Tables available

  • Volunteers on at Shep's on 6th

Saturday, July 25

  • Starts at 8:00 AM

  • Barriers go up to block at 11:00 AM

  • Ribs must be cooked by 5:30 PM and submitted to the judges

  • Blind judging at 5:45 PM

  • Public tasting from 6:00–7:30 PM (or until ribs are gone)

  • Winners announced at 7:30 PM

Prizes:

  • 1st – $500 + Trophy

  • 2nd – $300

  • 3rd – $200

  • People's Choice- $100
